Feeling Upside down – Covid 19 Update July 2020

Dear friends and clients,

It is time for another update now that Phase 3 has started. Despite the loosening of restrictions, we are going to continue to restrict access to the clinic for now. The front door will be locked to ensure we can control the number of people coming in and disinfect thoroughly inbetween.

For appointments, clients will be asked to remain outside while their pet is having their exam.

For food and medication pick up, you may come into the clinic wearing a mask. Our prescription food supplies have been more consistent, but not perfect. Calling a week ahead has been working well at ensuring that orders are being filled.

Over the phone payment is working well but, if you prefer, you may now come into the clinic to use the machine or pay with cash. Again, you must wear a mask.

As a consequence of postponing wellness appointments for almost 3 months, we find ourselves in a position of temporarily not being able to accept new clients. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, and hope to be able to welcome new owners as soon as possible.

As always, we ask if you are ill, or experiencing any signs of respiratory disease, let us know so we can make the proper decisions regarding your pet’s care. The same applies if you have knowingly been in contact with anyone recently diagnosed with Covid 19.

Please call 705-327-2112 if you have any questions.

Thank you for all your patience and understanding.

Dr. Joanne
