Good news! The province has lifted our urgent care only mandate, and we are back to providing full service. It is perfect timing for getting your tick, flea, and heartworm prevention in place.

Our hours are increasing, starting Tuesday May 19:

Monday to Thursday 8 AM – 6 PM

Friday 8 AM – 5 PM

Saturday CLOSED

Staying safe is still a priority, so we are continuing social distancing protocols. We prefer that clients remain outside while we take their pets in for their exams. All dogs should be on a regular leash (not a flexi) and all cats need to be in a carrier. The doctor will call you on your cell phone for all your pet’s history. If you do not have a cell phone, please let us know ahead of time.

Prescription food and some medications continue to remain in limited supply, so be sure to call well ahead of running out. A minimum of 5 business days is recommended.

We remind everyone that we now have e-transfer as an alternative to over the phone transactions.
